Opal cards
Students must use their Opal card to tap on and off a bus service. The data from this is used by transport NSW to plan their services. If students are not tapping on and off a service, the numbers of students travelling on each service will be incorrect and services may be cancelled. In the afternoons, staff on duty monitor this and remind students to tap on.
If a student has lost their card, a new one will need to be purchased, at a cost of $10. If the cards are faulty or are bringing up an error message when tapped on the scanner, please contact Opal to discuss the issue.
