Dear Parents & Caregivers,
There is currently a problem where students using iPads are unable to upload documents and images (photos) to the Google drive. This has been addressed to Google through CEDP and we are waiting for this to be resolved.
A current workaround will be for students to email tasks directly to the teacher or try using a home computer/laptop to upload work.
A temporary fix will work for iPad OS 13s and above while we wait for Google and/or Apple’s official fix.
  1. Search ‘Google Classroom’ in Safari browser
  2. Click on the top left hand of the URL and select ‘Request Desktop Website’
  3. The iPad should work exactly as a desktop and you can upload tasks
Students having problems with logging into Jacaranda Plus can do a forgot password process and the reset link will be emailed to their personal email address.
Students trying to join a Zoom conference need to use the Zoom link provided by their teachers. Do not try to go directly to the Zoom website and try to log in as there will be no meeting details there for them. Meeting links can be provided by email or it will be in their Google Classrooms.
