Dear Parents & Caregivers,

Arrangements have been made for Year 12 Economics students to attend the HSC Economics Student Conference run by the Economics Literacy Centre on Friday 14th June 2019. This conference will provide an analysis of Global and Domestic Economic Conditions in 2019, Fiscal Policy and the 2019 Federal Budget, Economic Issues and Australia’s Economic Policies and Management, The Global Economy, Free Trade and Protection.

When: Friday 14 June, 2019
Venue: Wesley Conference Centre, 220 Pitt Street, Sydney
Cost: $50 per person (includes a student folder of handouts for each presentation).
Time: 9.00am – 3.00pm
Transport: Students to meet Ms Nelson at the Wesley Conference Centre at 9.00am
What to bring: Recess, lunch & water. Pen/pencil, eraser, calculator.
Uniform: Neat casual clothing. Enclosed footwear.

Please fill out the permission form below by Friday 17 May, and make payment through the Trybooking link below. The cost of the excursion has been closely calculated to cover all charges. Excursions must pay for themselves, and for this reason, refunds for non-attendance cannot be made.



PLEASE NOTE: We are currently trialling a new payment gateway through trybooking for our excursions. Please go to the link below to make payment via Credit Card. A service fee will be added to the booking but PLEASE NOTE we have factored this into the total cost of the excursion and have absorbed this cost.
