Update 9 March, 2018: Year 12 parking and buses should not be affected by these changes – this information should only interest parents dropping students off or picking students up. There will be several groundsmen as well as police on site directing traffic flow through the car parks. Please adhere to their instructions – we thank you in advance for your patience and cooperation.

Dear Marian Community,

St Madeleine’s Primary are currently in the process of building a COLA (Covered Outdoor Learning Area) for their students.

On Monday the sheet metal arrives for their roof. There will be special traffic arrangements in place as a large truck and crane will be taking up the carpark next to the where the COLA is being built. This may prevent normal drop off arrangements on MONDAY ONLY.

The carpark next to the COLA will be out of action for the entire day.
This means all cars will be travelling one way in the main drive and OUT THE SECOND DRIVEWAY (you will only be able to turn LEFT out the second driveway).

Groundsmen will be at the second gate to ensure no one enters there and all those exiting, turn left.

Police will be on duty from 8.00am at the main gate on Monday.

Buses will travel their usual route to St Madeleine’s and Marian bus bays and out again along the main driveway. A reminder that parents are not allowed to use this main driveway / bus circle for dropping off or picking up of students between 8.15am to 9.00am and 3.00pm to 4.00pm.

We ask that you please be patient on Monday and adhere to the directions of those in place to ensure the community is safe.

Arrangements should be back to normal come Tuesday morning. The above should affect Monday only.
