Dear Parents & Caregivers,

PLEASE NOTE: This is for selected students only. If your son or daughter has been selected to represent the school at the PDSSSC Cross Country Carnival, please fill out the payment and permission form below.

When: Friday 3 May, 2019
Venue: Jamison Park, Penrith
Cost: $10 per person (to cover transport, if travelling by bus)
Time: 8.30 til 2.30pm. A program of events will come out closer to the event.
Transport: Students have the option of travelling to/from the venue by bus or car. If catching the school bus, 6.45am sharp departure from school. School gates open at 6.30am, please be on time. Students are expected to return to school by approximately 3.30pm (this may mean students who would usually catch buses from school will need to organise alternate transport).
What to bring: Students must ensure they bring a hat, sunscreen, recess/lunch and a bottle of water. Asthmatics must bring their relievers and carry this during their event.
Uniform: Full sports uniform, preferably including the Marian sports singlet (available from the uniform shop)
For: Selected PDSSSC Cross Country students
An outline of the day can be viewed on the Marian Sport Google Classroom Page. Students who are making their own way to the venue must arrive at least 1 hour before their event.

PAYMENT

PLEASE NOTE: We are currently trialling a new payment gateway through trybooking for our excursions. Please go to the link below to make payment via Credit Card. A service fee will be added to the booking but PLEASE NOTE we have factored this into the total cost of the excursion and have absorbed this cost. Also note that American Express payments incur a 1.1% charge in addition to the total cost of the excursion.
